Two new streets in Typhoon Incoming!

Typhoon Incoming! has two new streets, so there are three now.

The first new one is the Xingqiao night market: a narrow lane of stall tents, food carts and claw machines, with lanterns strung across overhead. The wind runs straight up the lane and, after the eye, back down it. In my first test runs every tent was gone a few minutes into the storm. It turned out a plastic stool blowing into a tent leg was enough to tear the whole tent loose. That’s fixed, and now they hold until the wind really gets going.

The second is Haifeng Street, on the corner of a fishing harbour, and it’s the hardest of the three. After the eye the sea comes over the quay. Sandbags actually matter here, and a boat left on two lines will end up in the road.

All three streets are open from the start. Wangchao is still the easy one, so start there if you’re new.

I also fixed a memory leak that grew a little every time you retried, and made the game lighter in general, so it should run smoother in the browser.

Tell me which street gave you the most trouble.
